No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns of any products once they are sold.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Opened or Used Products

If the bottle or packaging is opened, used, or tampered with, we will not accept any return requests under any circumstances.

Damaged or Wrong Product

In the rare case you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video as proof.

Only in such cases will we review the issue and provide a replacement subject to verification.

After we verify the issue, we can either replace the item or refund your money—whichever you prefer.

Refunds will be completed within 7 days once approved.
